A Way Forward
In the wake of the devastating flooding across the Hill Country, we recognize the deep emotional and psychological toll this disaster has taken on individuals, families, and our dedicated first responders. The sudden loss of homes, livelihoods, and even lives can trigger intense feelings of fear, grief, anxiety, and trauma that may not be immediately visible but are no less real.
To support our community during this difficult time, we are offering specialized trauma-informed mental health services designed to address the emotional impact of this crisis. These services include individual counseling, grief support, stress and anxiety management, and resources for coping with trauma-related symptoms. First responders and flood victims are especially encouraged to seek support, knowing that the work they do and the losses they’ve faced can have lasting emotional effects.
You do not have to carry this burden alone. Healing begins with connection, and we are here to walk alongside you as you begin to rebuild — not just your home, but your heart and mind.

FOR FEMALE CLIENTS
Are you feeling stuck—stuck in cycles of pain—whether emotional, physical, or relational? I work with women ages 18 to 70 who are navigating trauma, chronic pain, or relational struggles. By uncovering the fears, limiting beliefs, and false narratives that play on repeat, I walk with you thru healing and help you rediscover your true identity and worth. My work with women who have experienced sexual assault who are carrying the invisible wounds of trauma—includes female Veterans. You may be asking yourself, questions like “Can I trust anyone?” or "Will life ever feel normal again?” You don’t have to stay in survival mode.
I'm master trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR, two powerful brain-based therapies that help resolve trauma and emotional pain efficiently and effectively. I also offer a space for clients who want to incorporate their Christian faith and values into the counseling process.
Healing is possible, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you discover the freedom, clarity, and the identity you were meant to live in. I am also a provider for Texas Crimes Victim Compensation Program and Veterans who have experienced Military Sexual Trauma. Please reach out for more information about resources for payment.
Offering intensives as a way to move through therapy quicker. For example, you could do 2 months of therapy in one day. These sessions are cash pay as insurance companies don't cover intensives.
